to reign; inceptively to ascend the throne; causatively to induct into royalty; hence (by implication) to take counsel

properly the whole; hence {all} any or every (in the singular {only} but often in a plural sense)

{who} which: {what} that; also (as adverb and conjunction) {when} where: {how} because: in order {that} etc.

properly a breathing {creature} that {is} animal or (abstractly) vitality; used very widely in a {literal} accommodated or figurative sense (bodily or mental)

to wish for

to {exist} that {is} be or {become} come to pass (always {emphatic} and not a mere copula or auxiliary)

a king

{above} over: {upon} or against (yet always in this last relation with a downward aspect) in a great variety of applications

he will rule as God; {Jisrael} a symbolical name of Jacob; also (typically) of his posterity
